How to edit and share documents online withWord
Visit Microsoft Word and sign up for a free Microsoft account if you don’t have one.
Start with a blank document or browse and select a template from the library to use.
To collaborate, select Share and copy the link or email it directly from Word.
In Link settings, decide whether you’d like to give view or edit access.
After sharing, select Manage access to see collaborators or delete shared links.
